Just wanted to let you know I still live, and are well. I am afraid that since I disappeared during the cultist attack in the trenches that I would be listed missing, feared dead.

This is assuredly not the case, as Mandrake Hospital can attest. They will be releasing me this afternoon.

As to how I survived being drug to the depths by a hoard of cultists trying to pin me, let's just say that I was pleasantly surprised to find that some deep desert fighting whirling dervish fighting techniques actually work surprisingly well under water.

Regarding survival after Selkie's Kiss wore off...well, that was my Begman side kicking in. There is an Alhambran powder used in certain fire rituals that produces breathable air when mixed with water. I had the foresight to add some to a few empty wineskins, and a curious side effect became a true lifesaver.

Another curious side effect is that my skin is now blue. I have no doubt this effect will eventually wear off.
